Joel Davis is an award-winning Sacramento-based journalist and college journalism instructor who has also created newsletters for numerous professional, non-profit and community organizations during his career, including his current work for the Parkinson Association of Northern California and the River Park Neighborhood Association. His work has appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Sacramento Business Journal, the Sacramento News & Review, Sacramento Magazine, Comstocks Magazine, Editor & Publisher. He has taught journalism and mass communications courses at Sacramento State University and American River College.
