Please join us on Tuesday February 10th as the Sacramento Press Club Freelance Committee presents:

The Sports Freelancer

With newsroom budgets in steep decline, many publications have dramatically scaled back their staff sports coverage. Even so, the games we play and watch are bigger and more popular than ever. If that sounds like a great opportunity for freelancers, you’re right! Please join us on Tuesday, February 10th as we learn some tricks of the trade from two of the area’s most successful freelancer sports authorities.

* When: Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
* Where: The State Net offices at 2101 K Street, Sacramento, CA 95816 (Plenty of free parking in the State Net lot!)
