On Tuesday, July 10th The Sacramento Press Club welcomed Robert Sillen, Court Appointed Prison Health Care Receiver.

Sillen is the man at the center of one of the biggest legal battles over the state of California's prison system. A federal judge has given Sillen wide latitude to change the prison health care system by any means necessary, and prison crisis issues are likely to be front and center this summer.
