California Lt. Governor John Garamendi spoke at the Sacramento Press Club on September 26.  Garamendi has made it his mission to raise the profile of his office.  He described his accomplishments in his first nine months in office and talked about his plans for the future.  Garamendi emphasized what he sees as a need for reform of the state's higher education systems.  The audio is now available here.
