on Thursday, March 27 The Sacramento Press Club held a reception and book signing honoring Lou Cannon, the nation’s foremost Ronald Reagan biographer, on the release of his book:

Lou Cannon has been one of the nation’s preeminent political reporters for more than four decades. He was the Washington Post’s chief White House correspondent for 26 years as well as a long-time contributing editor and CEO for the California Journal. Cannon has authored numerous books, including five on Reagan. He continues to be a regular contributor to publications like the New York Times and Washington Post as well as a frequent lecturer on presidential politics.
